Lucuma - Nicknamed the “Gold of the Incas”, this South American fruit helps balance blood sugar levels and induce optimal sleep. Due to its high fiber content, it also helps feed your gut bacteria, improve heart health and reduce inflammation. 

Ashwaganda - Having been used for over 3,000 years to relieve stress, increase energy levels and improve concentration, this important medicinal herb is classed as an adaptogen. It helps your body to manage stress and relieve anxiety. This herb supports the body and brain in numerous ways, especially sleep. 

Recipes

Sleep Shot: Simply add one scoop of sleep to 120ml of water. Stir and drink. 

Sleep Latte: Heat up a mug of nut milk, oat milk or water in a pan for three minutes. Add one scoop of sleep and drink. 

Sleepy Cherry Smoothie: 1 handful of frozen cherries, 1/2 cup of plain coconut yogurt, 1/2 tsp of vanilla, 1 tsp of honey, 1 cup of almond milk, 1 scoop of Sleep. Blend together. 

Banana & Nutmeg Smoothie: 1 banana, 1.5 cups of almond milk, 1/4 tbsp of nutmeg, 2 tbsp of honey, 1 scoop of Sleep. Blend together. 

Almond & Flaxseed Smoothie: 2 tbsp of almond butter, 1 banana, 2 tbsp of flax seeds, 1/2 cup of almond milk, 1 tsp of honey. Blend together.

TOP TIP: Mixing our ‘S’ superfood powders together can work really well for your health. There are no restrictions on which ones you can blend - just personal preference in taste. The more the merrier and your body and your body will simply lap up the goodness like an intravenous drip!
