Ingredients

Reishi Mushroom Powder - In traditional Chinese medicine, this signifies wellness and long life and is hailed as the ‘protector’.

Ashwaganda - Reduces anxiety, helps fight depression, boosts fertility, testosterone, brain function and our immune system. It can increase strength in muscles as well. 

Cacao Powder - Densely packed with iron, magnesium and antioxidants, it helps to lift our energy, mood and protect our heart. It lowers symptoms of stress and blood pressure. 

Cinnamon - Loaded with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties, this wonder spice helps fight bacteria, fungus, viruses and has been studied enough to know it helps fight cancer cells, and neurodegenerative diseases. 

Ginger - Powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant which helps improve digestion, balance blood sugar levels, fights infections and feeds the body with goodness. 

Maca - Provides strength and stamina, boosts energy and balances hormones. 

Recipes

Boosting Antioxidant Smoothie - Handful of spinach, 2 celery sticks, 1/4 of a cucumber, 1 banana, a handful of berries, nut milk or coconut water, 1 scoop of Shield. Blend together. 

Cacao Balls - 1 scoop of Shield, 60g of ground almonds or cashew nuts, 60g of pitted dates, dash of Himalayan salt. Blend together and roll in palms to form balls. 

Chocolate Antioxidant Spread - 1 scoop of Shield, coconut yogurt (made from coconuts, not flavored), your favorite seeds, nuts or fruit. Stir. 

Oatmeal - 60g of oatmeal, favorite fruit (we love banana, apple, or berries). Cook oatmeal, add fruit, then stir in one scoop of Shield. 

TOP TIP: Mixing our ‘S’ range superfood powers together can work really well for your health. There are no restrictions on which ones you can blend — just personal preference in taste. The more the merrier and your body will simply lap up the goodness like an intravenous drip!
