Ingredients

Moringa - High in nutrients such as vitamins A and C, and manganese, it’s bursting with antioxidants that balance your blood sugar and act as a fat burner. It fills you up with insoluble fiber that prevents constipation and promotes a healthy digestive system. It slows food absorption and helps you feel full. 
Spirulina - One of the most nutrient rich foods available. It’s high in protein (70%), essential fatty acids, vitamin B, C, and E, and rich in chlorophyll. This algae superfood will not only help you build lean muscle, it will help your body burn more calories and keep you energized. 
Pea Protein - Curbs cravings, high in antioxidants, has all nine essential amino acids, plus supports your hormones and helps with weight loss. 
Hemp Powder - A complete protein containing all nine essential amino acids. It’s easy to digest, a good source of fiber and contains the ‘good’ fats that help you lose weight. It is also rich in minerals such as phosphorus, magnesium, calcium, iron, manganese, zinc, and copper.
Blueberry Powder - Full of antioxidants, high in minerals and vitamins. It may also aid genes which regulate fat burning and fat storage, to help reduce abdominal fat and lower cholesterol. 
 

Recipes

Simple Drink - Add 1 scoop of Shape to 300ml of coconut water or nut milk. Stir and drink. 
Tropical Smoothie - 1 scoop of Shape, 1 cup of baby spinach, handful of fresh mint, 1 stalk of celery, 1/2 large grapefruit, 1 cup of frozen pineapple chunks, 1/4 large avocado, dash of ground cayenne pepper (optional). Blend together. 
Strawberry Smoothie - 1 scoop of Shape, handful of spinach or kale, 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries , 1 peeled lemon , 1/4 cucumber sliced. Blend together. 
Berry Smoothie Bowl - 1 scoop of Shape, 1 cup of frozen mixed berries, 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk, 3 tbsp of plain yogurt (we recommend coconut), and ice. Blend together and top with fresh fruit, granola, hemp hearts or chia seeds.
Power Ball - 1 scoop of Shape, 60g ground almonds, cashews or walnuts, 60g dates, 1 tsp of almond butter. Stir and roll in balls. Refrigerate for a couple of hours before eating. 
TOP TIP: Mixing our ‘S’ range superfood powders together can work really well for your health. There are no restrictions on which ones you can blend — just personal preference in taste. The more the merrier and your body will simply lap up the goodness like an intravenous drip!
