Chocolate Protein Balls - 60g ground almond or cashew nuts, 60g dates, 1 scoop of Surge. Mix together and roll into balls. Refrigerate for an hour or so before eating.
Chocolate Milk - Heat 230ml of nut or oat milk. Stir in 2 scoops of Surge.
Berry Chocolate Smoothie - 1 scoop of Surge, handful of frozen berries, 2 bananas, 1 handful of greens (spinach or kale), 1 avocado. Blend together.
Chocolate Oatmeal - Cook 60g of oats with 220 ml of water. Stir in 1 scoop of Surge.
Chocolate Mousse - 1 ripe avocado, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 2 tbsp of coconut milk, 1 scoop of Surge. Blend and pop into the fridge for 3 hours.
Chocolate Ice Cream - 1 scoop of surge, 2 frozen bananas, 1 tsp of almond butter, 50 mls of nut milk. Blend together, add to a container and put in freezer for at least 2 hours.
