Coconut Powder - Rich in fiber, this promotes stable blood sugar leves, good digestion and heart health. It may help fight infections, is delicious and versatile and also boosts weight loss. 

Chia Seeds - An excellent source of omega 3 fatty acids, high in antioxidants and provides an energy punch of fiber, iron, and calcium. These tiny power seeds help protect the heart too and help you feel full and satisfied. 

Lucuma Powder - Contains powerful antioxidant compounds that help protect your cells from damage from free radicals. Helping to regulate blood sugar levels and improve heart health, this little dose of sweetness offers multiple benefits. 

Recipes

Chocolate Protein Balls - 60g ground almond or cashew nuts, 60g dates, 1 scoop of Surge. Mix together and roll into balls. Refrigerate for an hour or so before eating. 

Chocolate Milk - Heat 230ml of nut or oat milk. Stir in 2 scoops of Surge.

Berry Chocolate Smoothie - 1 scoop of Surge, handful of frozen berries, 2 bananas, 1 handful of greens (spinach or kale), 1 avocado. Blend together. 

Chocolate Oatmeal - Cook 60g of oats with 220 ml of water. Stir in 1 scoop of Surge. 

Chocolate Mousse - 1 ripe avocado, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 2 tbsp of coconut milk, 1 scoop of Surge. Blend and pop into the fridge for 3 hours. 

Chocolate Ice Cream - 1 scoop of surge, 2 frozen bananas, 1 tsp of almond butter, 50 mls of nut milk. Blend together, add to a container and put in freezer for at least 2 hours. 

TOP TIP: Mixing our ā€˜Sā€™ superfood powders together can work really well for your health. There are no restrictions on which ones you can blend - just personal preference in taste. The more the merrier and your body and your body will simply lap up the goodness like an intravenous drip!
